Over time, Samantha developed an encyclopedic knowledge of the listing inventory on Fire Island and became adept at researching complex zoning and land use regulations.

Since childhood, her family has spent their summers renting various homes in Seaview and Ocean Beach before buying a home in Lonelyville in 2013. Samantha's impressive academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Management from Tulane University, as well as 13 years of education at The Spence School.
