Recently constructed, this home is equipped with central A/C, new bedding, linens, towels and more! Open floor plan, light and bright, decorated beautifully, with special touches throughout. Large sectional couch in living room, beautiful state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, wine refrigerator, and all the utensils and cookware needed for a comfortable stay. Three flat screen TVs, DVD library, board games, high speed internet and DirectTV cable. There is even a cozy second living room downstairs which is a great spot to curl up and read a book or to send the kids/teenagers downstairs to watch a movie.
The large mahogany deck has a dining table, chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs for relaxing, and a BBQ. The roomy outdoor shower and 2 foot washes make it easy to clean off after a sunny day at the beach. This home is fully equipped with all beach necessities, including good quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach cart, wagon, bikes and even beach toys for the little ones!
Bedrooms all include new linens and plenty of extra sheets, towels, pillows and blankets to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. A washer and dryer are in the home with detergent provided for your convenience. Rest assured that the house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
