Seaview is a residential community comprised of about 360 homes, situated between the more bustling towns of Ocean Beach and Ocean Bay Park. Known for its family oriented vibe, immaculately manicured landscape, eye catching herringbone paver walks and peaceful setting, Seaview is one of the most desirable communities on the island. The town is managed by the local homeowners association, the Seaview Association, which provides lifeguards, a resident doctor and a year-round community manager. With only a liquor store, gourmet market, and plant shop, Seaview is almost free of commercial businesses, which helps to maintain the quiet community feel. Even in the peak summer months, Seaviews pristine beaches are never overly crowded. Seaview has its own ferry terminal with service from Bay Shore.
