Joan Woletsky has been working at Fire Island Sales & Rentals for 17 years and is one of the top producing agents in the Fire Island market. Joanie is not only a dominant sales agent, but also boasts an impressive rental business as well. Raised on the south shore of Long Island, Joan Woletsky has been coming to Fire Island since her children were in elementary school. They first spent their summer days in the Village of Saltaire, and eventually ventured out to Ocean Beach as her kids grew older. Before becoming a real estate broker, Joanie was a pharmaceutical sales representative for about 10 years. She then took a break from the working world to raise her 3 children.
