Raised on the south shore of Long Island, Joan Woletsky has been coming to Fire Island since her children were in elementary school. They first spent their summer days in the Village of Saltaire, and eventually ventured out to Ocean Beach as her kids grew older. Before becoming a real estate broker, Joanie was a pharmaceutical sales representative for about 10 years. She then took a break from the working world to raise her 3 children. After 14 years at home, she decided it was time to jump into the real estate industry.
