They first spent their summer days in the Village of Saltaire, and eventually ventured out to Ocean Beach as her kids grew older. The lively atmosphere of the Village of Ocean Beach was the perfect fit for her family. Joanie rented in Ocean Beach for many years to come. Before becoming a real estate broker, Joanie was a pharmaceutical sales representative for about 10 years. She then took a break from the working world to raise her 3 children. After 14 years at home, she decided it was time to jump into the real estate industry. When not working, you can find Joanie spending time with family in California and Long Island, playing paddle tennis and volunteering with various animal welfare organizations, including the Fire Island Animal Welfare Society.
